Context: solo, capstone project for university conducted over 6 months

 

My Contributions:

  • Systems & Features
    • AR-physical world interactions: moving the mobile device in the physical world moved the player’s relative position to virtual objects
      • AR combat: players physically move in and out of their own different ability ranges, and enemy AoE & projectile attacks
      • Item drops: players physically move over virtual item drops to pick them up 
      • Location-based minigame: players physically move to and stay near virtual game object for a set time to remove percentage of max health from enemy
